Went to Umrah - 3 days mecca and 3 medina. Due to short duration, we did not go with standard package but had everything custom planned. Faisal coordinated with us for booking (flight, hotel, cabs, currency exchange) and gave us full knowledge of Mecca and Medina. He was always available, polite to speak to, open to changes in plan and helped us even after reaching Mecca Medina. We had a memorable trip. Thanks !
